Collaborations

It is exciting to see us all collaborating on this project and working together. A new page has been created specifically for this purpose. To reduce the international festival emails to our inboxes, we now have a specific page dedicated to recording and sharing interesting resources that we have found.  Please feel free to add other sites of interest to this page and check back often for updates from other faculty and staff and St. John's. This collaboration page showcases a wiki's unique ability to facilitate online collaboration. Perhaps, you have a book in your classroom or in your personal collection which you feel might be of interest to others. Perhaps, you have home video from a trip or a collection of photos like Mrs. Hytken's from Thailand. Perhaps you have artifacts, or you know someone with ties to one of our cultures studied. Please post these on the collaborations page. In this way, we can share what we have easily with all members of the school community.

Music to Enhance Your Lessons From Mrs. C:

I will be working with IF resources in grades K-5 for several weeks.  If you would like additional musical resources for your class, please let me know.  Also, if you teach 6-8 and would like assistance with music or other performing arts for your particular country, just holler! Check Out the Arts page and click Vocal Music to see what we are up to in the LS Music Room.

Music Website From Mrs. C:

This is the website from McGraw Hill (my particular favorite published curriculum) that might prove helpful in your classes.  I will be using a lot of the information K-5, but anyone is welcome to visit.  McGrawHill World Music
