On these pages, we will showcase presentations at the Multicultural Fair.  Until the multicultural fair on Thursday, February 21st, this page will be used to give information to multicultural fair participants.

Thank you for volunteering to enrich this year's multicultural fair!  Here are some guidelines:

Please notify your child's teacher that your child will attend the multicultural fair in advance of Thursday morning.

Set-up begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, February 21st in the Parish Hall.  Please check in with Mrs. Archer upon your arrival.

Each country will be assigned a table which will be marked by a small sign.

If you bring any food items with you, please include an ingredient list for each one.

Items containing peanuts are not permitted for safety reasons (as this is held in our school's dining area).

All students from the school will rotate through the fair to view displays from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Displays need to be taken down and removed by 10:20, to allow lunch set-up to begin.

Feel free to bring in items of interest from your country such as:

ethnic dress, foods, fabrics, artwork, photos, music and more.

If you bring in electronic items, please try to bring battery-powered ones or bring a long extension cord for power.
